When will my order ship?

Usually your order will be dispatched within 2-3 working days, however as all our items are made-to-order dispatch times can vary. For more accurate timings please refer to the detailed product page. Once it has been dispatched you will receive an email notification. During holiday periods such as Christmas and similar public holidays dispatch times may take slightly longer. 

How long will it take to get to me?

For orders within the UK, please allow 3-5 working days* for delivery from dispatch, unless you have opted for a faster service. 

For all other destinations delivery times vary depending on the region but typically takes between 5-7 working days* from dispatch, unless a faster shipping service has been selected. 

*Shipping times are only estimates and unfortunately cannot be guaranteed. 

Where is my order shipped from?

We are based in London, UK. All items, unless otherwise stated will be shipped directly by us from our workshop. 

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders within the UK! 

For all other countries a nominal shipping fee is applicable. 

What about custom fees and import taxes?

As each country is different, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

How can I track my order?

Our standard shipping service does not include tracking, however if you have opted for a tracked service, a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

Do you have a return policy?

As our products are personalised and made-to-order we do not accept returns, however if you find you are not satisfied with your purchase please get in touch with us. I made a mistake on my order, how do I change it?


If you have made a mistake with the personalisation details of your order please email us asap at! If we haven’t started on your order we should be able to make changes. 


If the order has already been processed and personalisation commenced, unfortunately we will not be able to make any adjustments, however please contact us to discuss your options.  

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase by emailing with your order number and intent to cancel. 

If your order has already been processed and production started we cannot accept any cancelation requests.

I provided the wrong shipping address!

If you noticed the error and we haven’t shipped your order, email us at with your order number and the correct address asap!
