Shipping & Returns


All items are made to order and are usually despatched within 3-4 working days of purchase, unless otherwise stated in the product description. 

We offer FREE shipping on all orders within the UK. Shipping costs to other parts of the world vary depending on the region and are calculated at checkout. 

After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once it has been shipped, you will receive a second email confirming dispatch. If you have opted for a tracked shipping service, tracking information will also be provided. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to be updated.

Shipping Times

Free shipping within the UK is via Royal Mail 2nd class. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery after despatch*

Shipping to other parts of the world is via the Royal Mail International Tracked Service. Shipping times vary depending on region but typically takes between 5-7 business days from despatch*.

Shipping times are only estimates and unfortunately cannot be guaranteed.

Due to Covid-19, shipping services may experience disruption and orders may take longer than usual to arrive. We will do our best to get your order made and despatched as quickly as possible, however postal delays are beyond our control. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding during this unprecedented time if your order takes longer than expected to arrive.

Customs fees and import taxes 

As each country is different, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns and Refunds 

  • Items that have been personalised/customised are non-cancellable and non refundable.
  • All other items can be returned within 14 days of receipt provided they are unused, in their original packaging and in re-sellable condition.

Buyer is responsible for return postage costs. Please contact us first before making a return.

Damaged Product:

If an item is received damaged, in the first instance please take photo's of the damaged product and packaging and email us with the details within 2 days of receipt. We will then advise the best course of action.
