Shipping & Returns
All items are made to order and are usually dispatched within 3 working days of purchase unless otherwise stated on the product information page.
We offer FREE shipping on all orders within the UK. Shipping costs to other parts of the world vary depending on the region and are calculated at checkout.
After your order has been successfully placed you will receive a confirmation email. Once it has been shipped, you will receive a second email confirming dispatch. If you have opted for a tracked shipping service, tracking information will also be provided. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to be updated.
FREE shipping within the UK is processed via Royal Mail 2nd Class Postage. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery after dispatch.
If you need your order in a hurry, an Expedited Service is available at checkout. This service will prioritise your order for dispatch within 1-2 working days and upgrade shipping to Royal Mail First Class Postage for delivery within 1-3 working days from dispatch.
Shipping to other parts of the world is processed via the Royal Mail International Standard service. Shipping times vary depending on region but typically takes between 5-7 working days from dispatch.
If you need your order in a hurry, an Expedited Service is available at checkout. This service will prioritise your order for dispatch within 1-2 working days with shipping via Royal Main International Standard.

Customs fees and import taxes
As each country is different, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns and Refunds
Items that have been personalised/customised are non-cancelable and non-refundable.
All other items can be returned within 14 days of receipt provided they are unused, in their original packaging and in re-sellable condition.
Buyer is responsible for return postage costs. Please contact us first before making a return.
If an item is received damaged, in the first instance please take photo's of the damaged product and packaging and email us with the details within 2 days of receipt. We will then advise the best course of action.
